We are located in Flying Hills (Reading), PA.
If you are in a different state and accidentally book at our location, you will incur a $10 fee to return your deposit.

We use an ID scanner so be prepared with your state issued ID or driver's license. Any (1) guest will need to show ID as well.
๐ฏ Be Prepared with an Idea
If you're looking to book a tattoo appointment and don’t yet know what you want (in terms of subject or overall look), please do not book yet.
Instead, message us via the CONTACT page to discuss your idea by email and get scheduled once you're ready.
โ๏ธ Always Custom Work
If your reference requires drawing (anything except realism), we will always re-draw it to give you a unique piece of art
We do not trace designs unless it's handwriting from a loved one or something similar.

๐ Cover-Ups / Reworks
We are no longer offering cover-ups or reworks of other artists’ work unless previously discussed with Victoria.
You're welcome to message us if you’ve had a tattoo laser-lightened or if it’s extremely faded from age/sun. We are selective with these projects, so please understand we may decline.
๐ฒ Deposit Policy
$100 Deposit – Non-Refundable.
Once paid, deposits cannot be refunded for any reason.
๐ Rescheduling
โ 48+ Hours Before Appointment
If you need to reschedule 2+ days in advance, open your original confirmation email and click “Change Appointment.”
Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
We will confirm your reschedule by email.

โ Less Than 48 Hours Before Appointment
Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment is considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please contact us via email or the contact form to let us know. We will cancel your appointment on our end, and you may rebook a new appointment with a new deposit on the BOOK page.
โ Cancellations
If you cancel for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
Let us know via email or contact form, and we’ll cancel your appointment on our end. If you'd like to reschedule in the future, simply rebook with a new deposit.
๐ต No Call / No Show
If you don't come to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
We may also restrict you from booking in the future if you didn't have a true emergency that you took the time to explain to us.

Arriving Late
Please arrive on time or up to 15 minutes early.
If running late, you must contact us by email or call/text 610-655-7885.
โ๏ธNo social media messages accepted for lateness notifications.
If you arrive late without notice, your account will be flagged.
Repeated lateness may result in booking restrictions.
If your tardiness impacts our ability to complete your tattoo, we will ask you to reschedule with a new deposit.
๐งด Skin Prep
Moisturize the tattoo area for a few days before your appointment.
Do not moisturize on the day of your appointment.
If you have a sunburn, rash, peeling skin, or skin condition, please heal it in advance. If you show up with any of these conditions, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will need to pay a new deposit.

Hydrate and eat before your appointment.
Bring a hydrating drink and snack if your appointment is longer than 2 hours.
If you're on blood thinners or medication affecting your skin/blood, please consult your doctor before booking.

๐งผ Aftercare
You’ll receive an aftercare sheet with instructions.
We suggest grabbing your supplies before your appointment, so you’re all set and don’t have to make a last-minute store run right after getting tattooed.
- Ointment (recommend: A&D)
- Liquid antibacterial soap (recommend: Dial)
- Unscented lotion (recommend: Cetaphil)
We do not currently offer second skin/film-style healing products,
but you are welcome to use them at home.

๐ Ink Loss / Second Pass – $50 Fee
If you experience ink loss, contact us within 2 months of being tattooed. We'll send a booking link for a $50 second pass session, covering ink and supplies.
We do not offer free touch-ups, but if you’re booking a new tattoo, we can touch up the last one during your appointment — no second pass fee needed.
